Tenant Source
Flat Fee £300.00
Your property will be marketed on our website as well as Zoopla, Rightmove and Openrent. We will arrange viewings from our short list of suitable tenants. The prospective tenants will be referenced thoroughly. When we have found your ideal tenant, we will set up the first month payment and arrange the AST Agreement and register the deposit with My Deposits. A property inventory and schedule of condition will be documented prior to issuing the keys to your new tenant.
Rent Collection Service
8% of rent due
This service encompasses everything that is included in the tenant sourcing service PLUS we will take care of collecting the rent on a weekly or monthly basis. Any missed rent payment will be highlighted by our excellent accounting facility. We have client money protection in place and are a member of the property redress scheme and have the necessary indemnity insurance in place.
Full Property Management Service
10% of rent due
This service level offers all the benefits from our tenant finding service PLUS a wide variety of other services to ensure your property is fully taken care of in all aspects of letting it out. The other professional services that we can offer are as follows:
Arranging landlord gas certificate
Arranging a 5 year Landlord Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
Arranging a 10 year EPC certificate
Arranging any trades people to deal with roof leaks
Arranging any maintenance required
Arranging cover of void period with insurers
Key cutting
Lock changes
Serving a section 21 notice
