We are independent letting agents, licensed by Welsh Government and based in Bridgend, South Wales.

O'Connell Letting has been operating as landlords for over 30 years.  A portfolio of over 50 properties, with a professional attitude and can do approach. The name has become associated with offering good quality, affordable housing. 

O'Connell Letting Agents  launched in June 2020 in response to requests from other landlords who don't have the time to manage their own properties or lack the expertise required.  The legislation involved with the letting of residential properties is constantly evolving and we make it our priority to keep abreast of changes.
